ANDERSON, Ind. - The Huntington women's soccer team extended its win streak to three with a gritty 1-0 victory at Anderson Saturday afternoon at Fridley Field. HU generated steady pressure throughout the match, firing off 13 shots—11 of which were on goal. The breakthrough came in the 66th minute when Sophie Shepherd intercepted an errant Anderson pass in the box and rifled a shot to the far post for the game's lone tally. In goal, Macie Sanders turned in a stellar performance, recording eight saves to secure the clean sheet.
