Tonight's win also gives HU, seventh in the standings, a two-game lead over TU in the CL line-up with four games remaining.

Aside from giving up the second set, the visitors dominated the evening to notch win No. 15 on the year against 11 losses which includes a 5-9 league record.

Maisyn Robrock paced an aggressive HU offensive attack with a career-best 15 kills.  Haley Kruse finished with 13 kills to go along with ten digs for a double double. Kortney Grimm added ten terminations as the third Forester to pile up double digit kills . As a team, Huntington collected 55 kills to Taylor's 48.

Just like Kruse, Morgan Robrock also enjoyed a double double with her big numbers coming by way of 48 assists and 15 digs. Layla Meyer trolled the backline for a team-high 17 digs while Nigella Reck posted 13.

Leah Carter led HU at the net defensively with three blocks, two of the solo variety. Huntington's other middle, Trevyn Terry added two blocks as together the pair accounted for more than half of their team's eight blocks.

"I was proud of the way we executed our game plan tonight by serving aggressively, having a 'score' mentality and shutting down Taylor's middles," noted Coach Kelsey Herber. "I thought our blocking looked especially strong, and I was proud of the offensive weapon Maisyn Robrock was for us on the outside. She hit multiple shots, which made her hard to defend."
