Miller Captures Title as Foresters Finish Second at Fall Classic 

Benton Harbor, Mich. — The Huntington University women's golf team turned in an impressive performance at the Fall Classic at Harbor Shores Golf Club, finishing second overall with a team score of 660. Lawrence Tech claimed the team title with a 557, while Bethel University rounded out the top three with a 703. 

Magnolia Miller led the way for the Foresters, firing rounds of 79 and 76 (155) to earn medalist honors and capture the individual title. Grace Dill also shined, posting scores of 76 and 81 (157) to finish third overall. 

Both Miller and Dill were named to the All-Tournament Team for their standout efforts. 

Rounding out the Huntington lineup were Riley Kitson (85–86—171), Madelyn Weaver (87–91—178), and Aniyah Copeland (93–94—187), all contributing to the Foresters' strong team showing. 

The runner-up finish at the challenging Harbor Shores Golf Club sets the stage for Huntington to continue to build on their fall season success at the Harrison Lake Invite on October 13th at the Harrison Lake Country Club in Columbus, Indiana. 

The Huntington University Foresters compete in 18 intercollegiate sports for men and women. In the past decade, Huntington has produced 181 NAIA All-America honors and 631 All-America Scholar Athlete honors.
