COVID-19 SPECTATOR PROTOCOL
The Huntington University athletic department has announced its 2020 fall plans for spectator attendance. These guidelines have been put in place to maximize the safety and well-being of all attendees, including student-athletes, officials, staff and spectators.
The protocols outlined below affect Huntington home athletic events for the fall of 2020. These guidelines take place immediately and will be practiced until further notice.
Forester fans wanting to attend an away game should verify the fan attendance policy on that school’s website or the Crossroads League’s website (www.crossroadsleague.com/cl-covid19-information) prior to traveling.

Home soccer and volleyball games this fall will be streamed online free of charge on HU’s YouTube channel.
WHO CAN ATTEND HU HOME GAMES
All home events will be limited to Huntington University students, faculty and staff as well as the parents of HU seniors.
Huntington will not allow fans from visiting schools or community members to attend fall athletic contests at HU.
HU has partnered with HomeTown Ticketing to provide electronic ticketing. Attendees must register for an electronic ticket in advance of the contest. Tickets can be printed at home or scanned from a mobile device at the gate.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at www.huathletics.com/ticketing. While tickets will not be available at the door, attendees can secure an online ticket up until 30 minutes into the start of a contest.
In addition to presenting a ticket, all attendees will also be required to show ID to gain admittance to the contest.
All tickets will be free of charge for the fall.
COVID-19 POLICIES FOR SPECTATORS
All spectators are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times while attending an HU home game regardless if it is an indoor or outdoor event.
All spectators will be screened for COVID symptoms and have their temperature taken upon entering the facility. Spectators who are experiencing any COVID symptoms or who have been exposed to someone who tested positive within the previous 14 days should not come to the game.
Following the contest, all spectators will be asked to immediately vacate the venue to avoid congregating with team members and other spectators.
Concessions will not be available.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the posted game time.

Who is allowed to attend HU home games this fall?
Attendance will be strictly limited to Huntington students and employees and the parents of HU seniors. Unfortunately, no community members, fans from the visiting team, or HU faculty/staff kids or spouses will be allowed to attend.
Where do I get tickets for the fall season?

Will I need to show my ticket at the gate?
Yes - you will need to show your ticket at the gate. Tickets can be printed at home or scanned from a mobile device at the gate. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID.
Can I use a season pass this fall?
No – you must secure an electronic ticket for each game you plan to attend.
Will I be able to obtain a ticket at the gate before the game?
No - tickets will not be available at the gate but attendees can secure an online ticket up until 30 minutes into the start of a contest.
Will this policy be the same for basketball games in the winter?
Winter sports policies have not been set yet.
